Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy
As each 1ClickPrint product is custom made to each
customer's order we unfortunately cannot offer a
refund unless the product does not match the order
or is faulty.
If your order does not match your order please contact
us so that we can arrange returning your products.
Please remember that whilst we endeavour to make sure your product
is as accurate as possible quantities and paper weights are subject to a 10% margin of error.
Print sizes are subject to 3mm margin of error on each edge.
Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any failure on the
part of any courier or delivery service used to delivery goods nor can
we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the
part of 1ClickPrint or any agent acting on behalf of 1ClickPrint.
Unless specifically agreed, all invoices are payable immediately.
Should different payment terms be agreed and the customer does not make full and final payment within those terms then 1ClickPrint reserves the right to pass this debt to a third party for collection.
Should this debt be passed to a third party then any fees incurred will be passed on to the customer.
Due to sheer volume we are unable to return any media sent to us containing artwork so please
remember to send us copies that you don't need returning.
